Hello,
Given that upgrading our database device to 2003 server we seen that the time to complete certian responsibilities with Oracle takes a good deal a lot more time. We have created a test atmosphere in which we have a Windows 2000 Server with oracle 9i and a windows 2003 server with Oracle 9i. Equally have identical hardware, software program is just the OS and oracle. After monitoring the software although having it operate here’s what we identified. The execute time in Oracle 9i/10G for updates and processes in 2003 Server normally requires about twice as long vs in 2000 Server. Has everyone ran into this difficulty and know how to correct it?
